Founded in 1969, the North Vancouver Community Arts Council is a charitable community cultural organization whose mandate is to enable emerging and professional artists in all media and to bridge cultures and build strong communities through the arts and heritage.
Located in CityScape Community Art Space, the organization consists of a volunteer Board of Directors, an Executive Director and support staff, and over 100 dedicated volunteers. Our membership is over 500 strong and includes individuals, students, seniors, families, cultural groups and businesses.

The North Vancouver Community Arts Council is governed by an elected board of directors.
To make the arts accessible to the wider community, we offer programmes and events at various locations.
We seek and encourage creative and unique partnerships within the community and beyond. They are instrumental in assisting us to offer a broad range of programmes, events and initiatives, increase access to the arts for all community members and achieve shared goals.
