Call for Exhibition Proposals

The North Vancouver Community Arts Council is currently accepting submissions for our spring/summer 2013 exhibition schedule at CityScape Community Art Space.

CityScape Community Art Space is a project of the North Vancouver Community Arts Council whose mission it is to celebrate and promote art and artists through quality experiences in a unique and inviting gallery space, and to create an inclusive environment, which enriches and encourages interaction in the community.

We accept proposals from all members of the public. There are no geographic restrictions. To encourage and celebrate emerging and established artists CityScape maintains an inclusive environment, and therefore always exhibits group shows with 3 or more artists. Artists are welcome to submit individually or as part of a group. Should an individual themed proposal be accepted, the North Vancouver Community Arts Council (NVCAC) will group him/her with additional artists through an open call or invite to other artists that fit in with their accepted themed proposal. Non-artists are also invited to submit ideas and concepts for exhibitions they would like to see in the gallery. CityScape is a unique and dynamic space, so we encourage diverse and creative themed proposals.
